Important: AI is not part of ProfileGen. ProfileGen itself does not send candidate data to an AI provider. If you use an external AI service, the terms and privacy policy of the selected provider apply.

Yes. The ProfileGen application is designed for local use and does not require a ProfileGen cloud to create profiles. Only an external AI platform, if your team chooses to use one, requires an internet connection.
Is AI integrated into ProfileGen?+
No. ProfileGen can be used entirely manually. Optionally, you receive a prepared prompt that can be used with an external AI platform of your choice. ProfileGen itself does not transmit data to that platform.
How does the AI workflow work with a CV?+
With a text-based PDF CV, the recruiter can copy the selectable CV text and paste it together with the supplied prompt into the chosen external AI service. The structured result is then transferred to ProfileGen and reviewed there.
Can our entire recruiting team use ProfileGen?+
Yes. The licence is intended for use within your company. There is no additional fee per recruiter or authorised user.
Which templates can we submit?+
For effort estimation and setup, submit your existing profile templates in .doc or .docx format. Scope and implementation are calculated individually for each template.
How much does ProfileGen cost?+
The project base price starts at €1,000 net. Individual or additional templates start at €400 net, depending on structure and complexity. You receive a tailored quotation before commissioning.
Does ProfileGen store candidate data?+
ProfileGen is not designed as a central candidate database and does not permanently store candidate data on ProfileGen servers. The website enquiry is separate and processes only the information and templates you actively submit there.
